“This was my first time here. Karen was my stylist and I loved her. She's friendly, sweet, and really listens to what you want. Her communication was excellent. She did a wonderful job with color and highlights, and worked hard to get the look I wanted after explaining that my hair wasn't thick enough to give me the cut I had originally requested. I'm very pleased and will definitely be returning!“
