Commercial gym life has never been better. Grind has been doing lots of updates on their facilities and equipment. You don't have to go to a gym with a bunch of meatheads and big iron to get in shape and get strong ??
In short, a great place to call your gym. 24 hour access and 24 hour tanning available. Complete selection of free weights and machines for lifting. There are more than enough cardio options with your own tv to watch if you want it. Also have another area for other styles of workouts like crossfit. They offer classes like bootcamps several days a week. Vending machine available as well just to the left as you walk in. This is the second Ultimate Fitness location I've called home and I'm just as happy here as I was at the other location. Additionally, the owners are extremely nice and easy to work with if you ever have any questions or problems.
Great place to get well and fit owner of the gym is very nice and down to earth, willing to help with anything that is asked! Love the welcoming feel to the gym they will make you feel like you're at home! Any one new to working out I would recommend coming here great place and great prices also!
