This is an exceptional vet clinic. All of the staff are incredibly compassionate and the vet is very good at what he does. All of the staff are so compassionate and caring. Dr Huisman is above and beyond anything I could imagine in a vet. Barb and the tech are great also. So very compassionate when it's time to do the right thing for a pet and let them return to the Universe. I can't say enough about them.He makes me miss my NC vets, just a little bit less.

When we lived in Rock Rapids, we brought our rescue dog there and loved the friendliness of the vet and his staff. Since then, we've moved to South Dakota but still bring our always-changing menagerie to Doc and Barb. The half hour drive is worth it; no matter how many other vets we've visited, none are as kind and compassionate to our girls as Doc. Besides, it makes vet visits a lot less painful!
