1st time shopping for new glasses here and we were very pleased with the service at this location! Super helpful and sweet staff at the front desk and side desk made the experience even better. All 3 girls were super friendly and kind. We will be transferring here for our future eye care needs!!

I have seen Dr. Drayer 1 time before didn't really care for his manor but this time on 10/4/23 saw Dr. Whitmore loved him explained everything, positive, reassuring and detailed oriented. The receptionists Heather and Auria were a very good tag team,friendly and genuine! They were training Chloe a new employee. They were respectful,patient and kind to her in front of me.Chloe was so sweet helping me pick the right frames for me. I would at least give them a chance and see for yourself ! Good customer service and goods is extremely hard to come by these days !

During a visit to one of the eye care offices I incurred some difficulties. I talked to Vince at the main office and he took care of everything in a very friendly and expedient manner.
