They got on the job quickly (when conditions allowed). They were also mindful to limit damage to the yard, which isn’t completely avoidable even without equipment as I had large, high limbs, including one over the house. Kevin was very reassuring and provided some very helpful information about next steps. When they arrived later to take down the rest of the tree, the crew was very careful and meticulous as they removed each branch. They cleaned up the yard so it looked like the tree had never been there. Even the insurance adjuster said their prices were right on target. Kevin was great to work with.
