Sullivan Roof & Exterior Cleaning

We couldn't be happier with the service provided by Bruce and Keith. They cleaned our cedar shake roof and removed many bee nests and cobwebs from those high spaces. There was a lot of moss growing on one section and they got it all off. I'm especially pleased that their cleaning solution is biodegradable and non toxic so it doesn't introduce anything harmful into my garden (we want to eat from it after all!) and plants, and is safe for the kids and animals.Bruce and Keith went above and beyond, washing the whole house down, the windows and even clearing our deck of leaves and dirt in the corners. Bruce is the real deal. He is great to work with. He was in contact constantly to answer any questions and keep us posted on when the service would be completed. He is also very knowledgeable and experienced. Our roof was full of moss and needing a good cleaning as it had been long overdue. After his cleaning our roof looks like new and his services allow us to stay on schedule to maintain it when it is needed again (he adds you to his database and reminds you when it’s time to consider another cleaning). And I must add, he is such a nice man that is a real gem to chat with. He’s professional and I can’t recommend him enough.
