“I was introduced to Wade through a mutual friend when we had storm damage from a limb falling on our roof in May of this year. Wade came out and gave us a estimate and helped us through the entire process from start to finish. When it came time to actually do the roof he made sure we were comfortable with everything going on. Helped us with financial aspects as well. They made this process worth every second. Our roof is beautiful our gutters are all new as well. They are a great company to work with and their team that does the roofing was very polite and got the job done and made sure everything was cleaned up. “The initial response was quick. When we found a leak they were quick to send someone out and address the issue. Communication with Heartland was good, but the individual work crews did not give us much heads up about when they would come. We were surprised that Heartland put a lien against our house title without telling us ahead of time when they started work, no other contractors we used have done that. The work done appears to be good quality.“

“This Review is long overdue, but Mike & Brady and the rest of the team at Midwest Seamless deserve props for a job well done. A couple years ago we hired Midwest Seamless to replace windows in our 100-year-old home, and they did a fantastic job. The crew was incredibly professional and worked quickly to finish the project in a timely manner. I must give an honorable mention to Nando the lead installer for the crew. One of the tasks they had was converting a window into a sliding door where we were building a deck off the back of the house. As mentioned, we have an old house with trim around interior windows and doorways that I assumed would be unmatchable. Nando and crew were able to replicate the trim in a manner that you cannot tell the difference at all. Since installing the windows we've seen a noticeable savings in our energy bills over the hottest stretches of summer and coldest stretches of winter. “Cody stopped by after a hail storm. He answered all my questions before even looking at my roof. He was there when the adjuster came. They had a super quick turnaround after we were approved for a roof. They replaced the roof in one day. They did a great job cleaning up the old roof. Super easy to work with and great work! I’d recommend them to anyone. Give them a chance even if it’s just an estimate or to answer any questions.“

The crew did the work correctly and found issues that would have costed more and bigger issues down the road and fixed them correctly.
