On my first visit, I was treated with such care and kindness and was helped with everything I needed. I was blessed to be able to return to have prescription sunglasses ordered and received the same care and kindness in completing my order. I plan to go back and shop :)UPDATE: I did return and got a pair of every day prescription eyewear, and so far very pleased with them, as well as the caring service received, again! We have gone to Eye Care of Iowa for 15 years. I had an insurance change and had to go to another clinic which we were not as satisfied. This year our they are back on our insurance and my family was grateful to go back!
Personable staff, knowledgeable, teamwork, professional, the best customer service! Truthful, honest and willing to go the extra mile. Jenni is the manager and has trained her staff very well. Best of all, this team laughs at my stupid stories and jokes.
