They painstakingly scraped/stripped white latex paint off our original 1930s solid oak wall library, stained and refinished it. (Other companies told us to demolish it and rebuild it with cheap materials, because it would be too much work to refinish it). Toby also worked with us to design and build a beautiful solid oak window bench that looks like it fits perfectly with the original bookcase. They communicated well with us throughout the entire process, paid attention to the details, and took their time and did high quality work. We are so happy with how it turned out! “My well pump quit, while I was gone. Pump was off no pressure in tank. Coupling broke 3/4" pipe full open pipe water flow in crawl space. I had that line shut off when Thorpe guys showed up. Pump would not start. Thorpe technician found burned contact points . Possible lighting strike. ( I called for help 7:30 AM there truck was in my driveway 8:15 AM.
Done an gone before 9:00AM an I had water again. Great company and great young men. I can call the young men because I'm 81.“

He and his crew tore out my old broken asphalt driveway and broken sidewalk and rebuilt with concrete. My driveway is weird and slopes down into my garage, and the slope looks so much better leveled now. My driveway looks amazing. They also did my sidewalk.
