Absolutely fantastic experience w/ CMC Solutions.We were in need of an 8'x10' slab to expand the patio in our backyard. CMC Solutions was the only contactor to come out and actually look at our planned project area. They also came back with a competitive quote and followed it up with exceptional service.The care they put into the project was evident as well. I had just seeded some bare patches in my lawn that were completely undisturbed after the patio was complete. Unbelievable attention to detail on their part. Upon completion, they left the project area better than they found it.Will highly recommend to all our friends. Give these folks a look for all your concrete needs.

We simply could not be more satisfied with the outstanding service performed by the owner, *** Nicholson. Not only was he prompt, courteous, professional and extremely hardworking, he was a great guy as well! *** did a superb job, at a reasonable price, and our property looks great. In addition, he made upgrade repairs to some exposed drainage tiles which is going to help us avoid problems we didnt even know we had down the line. We cant recommend *** and his company, Nicholson Excavating, more. And were already planning to have him come back in the Spring and do some additional work for us.Thank you ***!

We couldn't be happier with the service provided by Bruce and Keith. They cleaned our cedar shake roof and removed many bee nests and cobwebs from those high spaces. There was a lot of moss growing on one section and they got it all off. I'm especially pleased that their cleaning solution is biodegradable and non toxic so it doesn't introduce anything harmful into my garden (we want to eat from it after all!) and plants, and is safe for the kids and animals.Bruce and Keith went above and beyond, washing the whole house down, the windows and even clearing our deck of leaves and dirt in the corners. Pipe Monkey has been great to work with each time they come. We’ve had them work on our gas fireplace as well as some basic leaky sink issues. They explain things well and do great work!
On my first visit, I was treated with such care and kindness and was helped with everything I needed. I was blessed to be able to return to have prescription sunglasses ordered and received the same care and kindness in completing my order. I plan to go back and shop :)UPDATE: I did return and got a pair of every day prescription eyewear, and so far very pleased with them, as well as the caring service received, again! Wonderful people at this location in Pleasant Hill, Iowa :)UPDATE #2: I have, again, returned and purchased another Rx for my back up sunglasses, as well as a pair of backup every day Rx eyewear. Each time I have paid a visit, ALL staff have been so very kind and helpful. I feel very blessed to have stumbled upon this place. Been to several group golf outings here and they always do a great job accommodating everyone! The course has a fun layout has always been in acceptable shape.
As a big supporter of local business, I try to visit locally owned touchless washes. Unfortunately, sometimes that means when machines malfunction ownership is unable to be on site right away. They have a life too. Thankfully John was an easy phone call away when the machine ate my change. We worked out a plan to get my refund that worked for the both of us. Washes range from $10-$16 dollars. Support your community and wash locally!
