“We had a small issue with a shower drain, etc...and I knew I couldn't just keep putting it off...I called Van Haaften during one of the hottest weeks of the summer, not with an AC issue but a plumbing one, thinking it'd be quite a wait to address the problem, understandably. Tim was at my home less than 48 hours of my initial call. He was a great listener in understanding the issue and then took his time to address everything on my 'list' of worries.
