Expressions By Design is a Beautiful Salon in Pella. Everyone there really is exceptional and Friendly. I see Jessica Cunningham and she is a true Color Specialist. I love my color and cut she did for me. She also did a wonderful, relaxing pedicure. It definitely is a Must Try, you'll Love it.
