I had property surveyed and found that property line into her supposed property, by accordence of city laws I proceeded to put fence on property line. Instead of neighbor being gratious, she was combative, foul mouthed and just plain rude. Workers continued and completed job NEVER being apologized to for her uncalled outburst. I am having Gullett fence finish closing in my yard which I am sure will infuriate her further as she will have lost access to part of her property.“
