My first time trying this salon since the owner change. I won't go anywhere else now. I scheduled an appointment for my friend and I in the morning, showed up at my time and was seated as soon as we came in. Process was quick. I showed a picture of what I wanted and she executed it flawlessly. The staff was very friendly and had conversations with you compared to other salons where they tend to converse among themselves and ignore you. Attached photos of what I wanted, and what I got.

I went and got my nails done for prom at Top Nails and they turned out terrible. I called VIP right as they were closing and Vincent said he would fix them for me! He did such a great job and he’s so kind! Will be going here from now on.

I had an awesome experience coming here. Very friendly and considerate. I’ve had nail techs really mess up my cuticles and nail bed and they were very cautious and gentle. I also got a pedicure and it was amazing.
