Elvis and his crew were top notch! Installing our retaining wall was tough work and no shortcuts were taken. I was so impressed with their hard work and attention to detail. The rain put a damper on the schedule, but what really impressed me is that Elvis waited until everything was dry instead of rushing things. He had other jobs to do after ours, but didn’t sacrifice quality because of the time. Overall, very impressed and happy with everything!

I would highly recommend Topline Landscaping for any landscaping or construction job in southeast Iowa. They are extremely professional, they don’t cut any corners and have high craftsmanship.
