Very pleased with Ottumwa's Roto Rooter! Had an emergency sewer back up in our basement and they had us all cleaned out and working in a relatively short period of time. Very pleased!

We’ve used Roto-Rooter a few times and they’ve done a good job. It seems the receptionist dropped the ball once saying a technician would be with us in a couple of days but five business days later I called back and another receptionist sent someone that day. The technicians have always been knowledgeable and friendly.

We had a plug in a drain in our basement and called Roto-Rooter. The person answering the phone was very nice and knew exactly what I was talking about when I explained what was going on. They got to us fast and solved our problem immediately. The guy that came was extremely nice and very knowledgeable. Thank you for your amazing service and would recommend anybody who is having issues to call them!
