I wanted to take the time to share my experience with Dr. Drew White and the outstanding service that he provided to me and my pet. I have seen several vets in trying to manage my pets diabetes. He's the only vet that has taken the time to visit with me in person and not just a phone call during a day of testing, and feel rushed off the phone due to the vet needing to see another pet. Then to pick up my pet and still not have the opportunity to visit about the day's results. My bunny had an emergency and Family Animal Care was able to fit him in the same day.
They took utmost care inspecting him, diagnosing what was wrong, and prescribing medication.
They were deeply sympathetic and took time to answer all my questions. I'm so grateful to them--if they hadn't been able to see my bunny I don't know what we would have done. Highly recommend!
