“The automated phone system is terrible. There's no way to leave a voicemail directly with the person I'm trying to reach. I was given extension numbers for the people I'm trying to reach but I can't reach them. I end up speaking with SOMEone, SOMEwhere but have no idea if I'm even talking to someone in the office I've been connected to.“
