Bridge City Dental - Dr. Sami Hopkins

I have had a horrible toothache for 3 days and no one could get me in. I tried bridge city dental and they got me in within 2 hours of my call!! All of the staff were super helpful and very kind. It made a very pleasant experience. I was seen shortly after arriving to my appointment and they figured out my issue very quickly! Although I did not have any dental work done I am very impressed and have heard from others that this is a wonderful trust worthy dental office!! I recommend it!!

When the toothbrush bristles swept by one tooth, it felt like I was down to the nerve. I called Bridge City Dental to see if a dentist could look at it that day. They gave me an appointment later that morning. A very nice, energetic, and highly skilled dentist, Dr. Kirby found the enamel was worn down, and also discovered a cavity in another tooth. To my joyful surprise, he fixed both problems right while I was there, and I didn't have to come back. To me, that was extraordinary treatment.

I came to Bridge City Dental for a 2nd opinion after hearing their ad on the radio. Long story short I should have come to this office long ago, it would have saved me alot of frustration and money! I didn't feel rushed at all, and the options for my treatment were explained in detail along with pricing so I knew exactly what to expect. Every single member of the staff I interacted with were so friendly and knowledgeable. They made it an awesome experience in a time where GREAT customer service just doesn't happen anymore. I will definitely be recommending their office to anyone who is looking!
