Tried to get me to buy a home we hated and that was not even where we asked them to look.... we found a home on our own coming to list and gave them the address, they did nothing to help us obtain the house from HUD. So we are switching to a different realtor. Sad because we only wanted to spend around 100,000, so I feel we were under valued as a buyer due to this. We are ending up spending around 200,000 for the house we wanted, through another agency, but the only person that really lost here is RE/MAX. As their not getting commission on the sale.
