I am so grateful for the love and compassionate care my mother has received since arriving at Southern Hills in November of 2020. While my visits have been very few because of Covid, I can tell that the staff loves the residents like family. I have been extremely impressed with the frequent and courteous communication from them regarding my mother's care. I want to say "thank you" to every single person at Southern Hills who contributes to Mom's well being every day.
To all the staff and workers of Southern Hills Specialty Care, I want to say THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for your hard work and dedication for all the patients in your care. I know that while the residents there are quarantined, so are all of you! I know that you have not seen extended family members for all this time, and while we can't see our family members, you can't see yours either. This is not lost on me, and I'm sure that this time of lockdown is as difficult for you as it is for us; more so in many cases. So while we can't see our family members there as your residents, you are carefully isolating yourselves from your own families to take care of ours with no end in sight in the weeks and months to come! God bless you all! From way down deep in my heart, THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH. Joyce Neal
