The response time exceeded our expectations. As a fellow business owner these guys understood the importance of our ac unit to be repaired quickly. When you have tanning beds running continuously throughout the day, it can get pretty warm pretty quick. Plus on a hot day added to it. This week is our biggest sale week of the year and because of the speed of their repair it will continue. It was repaired before a single customer experienced the heat in this building. We had a lot of work to do in a fixer-up-er, and they were great in working with us to get the kitchen and bathroom modernized (new fixtures, disposal, piping). Paul explained what he was doing the whole way and the reason why too. Straight forward and honest. I will definitely use Visser Brothers again.
