Great service! I had a rush order to have flowers delivered locally for a family member birthday and they were so helpful and accommodating. I had specific flowers I did and didn’t want included and she put together a nice bouquet with what she had in stock (could have ordered different ones if I gave her more time!) then I even had the nerve to ask for a “75” to stick in there or on the ribbon and she figured out how to make that happen too. Plus personal delivery. Made my mom’s day—mine too!
Pritchard's made dealing with my insurance easier. My insurance didn't want to do any updates to my roof replacement to withstand the Iowa winds that tore up my old roof, and wanted my old roof that didn't last to be rebuilt. Pritchard's quoted me for all the updates for only a few hundred more than what my insurance did. Reasonably priced and 5 year warranty. My dogs were still able to be outside in the yard and the workers were very efficient. The only reason I gave 4 out of 5 stars is because they improvised a big metal piece to attach my roof with the part above my garage, when it looks bad and I didn't want the roof sections attached. It's done tho and I guess it'll work, just be aware that they will improvise if they want without informing you.
