Doug replaced our water heater within 24hrs of us calling him. He is highly skilled and explained what was best for our household. Doug was very efficient and mindful of keeping the area he was working in clean. He will be my go-to plumber and did explain to us that water heater requests were his top priority so the 1 star review here may explain why he couldn't get to their plumbing needs quickly. Doug is a one-man team but he gets the job done well!
Installed replacement water heater. Responded quickly to my call, scheduled for the next day, and was right on time. Very knowledgeable and professional; did a great job. I highly recommend Wichert Repair.
