Tyler and his crew were fantastic - always kind & friendly. They took a small fenced in patio/pet area that I wasn’t loving and turned it into an enjoyable space. Their work is superior. I highly recommend TLC Property Services!!

Tyler and his crew are absolutely fantastic to work with! Very accommodating, professional, reasonable, and frequently kept me up to date on the collapsed 100ft retaining wall they were redoing for me. They kept the worksite nice and clean when they were done working each day too.

TLC Properties did my retaining wall and I’m overwhelmed with the results. I didn’t expect them to do as much work as they did in the time they did. I would 10/10 recommend these guys to anyone looking for work in the iowa city area!!!!!
