I recently visited North Liberty SportClips and, unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The stylist I had did not pay attention to detail and seemed more concerned with rushing through the appointment. Towards the end, she was more focused on plugging in her machines than ensuring I was satisfied with my haircut. Additionally, there was an unnecessary emphasis on whether I was due for a free haircut, which I wasn't with my touchdown card. Her choice of words could certainly benefit from some professional development training when it’s due.

Stylist: I've been going to this location for over 3 years.Ali is my stylist every every time. I just saw a review attempting to slander her character . You sir should be sued for defamation of character.
This is an old Google account, but I had to log in just give a shout-out to Kate today she did an awesome job on my hair and was very friendly! Definitely awesome service even during the blizzard weather and will be back. -Henry Lucy??
