I needed to order flowers for my dear friend after her parent passed away. The website was easy to use. I was relieved to be able to order from a shop local to her as I’m out of state rather than 1-800 flowers and I was definitely impressed. I ordered them at 8 am, they were delivered by 12. I even called to get a time range for delivery and they were super sweet about checking it for me. 10/10 customer service and the flowers were beautiful. North Liberty Flower Shop was amazing to work with for my 2023 wedding! I met with Jordyn in the store and went over all the details to make my floral dreams come true. She created an amazing mood board that showed images of the types of flowers she would use on my wedding day, different styles of floral work, and used the inspiration photos I had sent her to tie it all together. Jordyn had great communication over the phone/email and kept me up to date with what she was doing with my florals leading up to the wedding week.
