“My first time there and probably can't do this for everyone, but got scammed by "Microsoft" supposedly and took laptop in to them to be cleared while at doctor's office. Told it would be a day or two. I live about 45 min. south, but said ok. It had to be done. While heading out of town, I got a call saying they went ahead and took care of it! Second time there I had gotten something called an e-check that needed to be printed off. I have no printer and am very computer illiterate. They took care of that too right then! They're fantastic!“
