I would add to that personal and hard working. Because he is always willing (knowing he is on a tight deadline at times) to stop and chat about family and life. His price is extremely reasonable. Also, if we let him know the lawn is in a dormant state or hasn't rained in awhile (we don't water our lawn) he will skip that week(s). That saves money over the summer grass cutting season.
