Got a flat tire on my EV and call them up to get a tow. Gave them my location, they were there with in the hour. appreciate the fast response time, Considering I did not have an appointment. Backup to the front of my EV and hooked up, Told him where I wanted to go, and of we went, When we got to my destination, pay with card. Unhooked. Super easy, No Damage to EV that I could tell. Would use again. Thanks guys.
They towed my daughter's car, which had slid off of the road during an unexpected windy snowstorm, to our house within an hour and a half of calling. I didn't expect to see it until the next morning, but they got right out and retrieved it. We were so thankful! The driver even tipped me off to sending the bill to our insurance company for reimbursement. I hadn't even thought of that, and it was very much appreciated. Great company, great service, and great people.
Call ALWAYS first!!!! They are kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and have the equipment to get the job done right!!! We used a different company who made us wait 4 hrs and then couldn't even take us. Called Always and they were there within an hour with the right equipment. They were personable and concerned with our wellbeing. They said they get lots of secondhand calls like ours. Just save yourself the trouble and call them first!
