I am glad others have had good service at Adv Mlwrk. I, unfortunately did not. Ordered a replacement sash for a window October of 2020. Called them after 8 months, this was the second call, still no replacement. They said these things sometimes take a while, mind you, this is before the supply issues we've had this last year plus. I'm replacing the siding on my house now, called them again. They didn't even have me in their books anymore. Called the office 3 more times. Sent Troy a text with the photo of the sticker off the window for identification. Still nothing done. We played phone tag for a month. Great atmosphere very friendly people
I use Advance Millwork for trim and doors on many projects. Troy is always professional and honest. He takes my calls even outside of office hours. When I have had problems with products he always is on top of finding a solution. He works well with clients by listening to the needs of our joint clients to ensure they achieve the look they are hoping for. Thanks Troy!
