“They did get the vents a lot cleaner than they were, but they ended up breaking the drainage hose off of my furnace and attempted to tape it back on/together and NEVER mentioned it to me that it had happened. They taped the hose and closed the door and walked away. Went down there the next day to a giant puddle in the middle of the floor! **Edit to post** they did reach out and make it right!“
