Since they left Fairfield, their service is rotten and left us in a very bad way. Will not respond to phone calls and will not take care a mini split that is under warranty. Don't think they know what to do. Very upset with them.

Excellent work and service! I had Happyland install a tankless water heater and all new pex lines to replace old water lines. Jason is a craftsman. He and his apprentice were meticulously thorough and have done superb work. Not only is the work above par but Jason immediately developed a strong customer relationship by providing detailed information about the work to be done and scheduling, as well as the progression during the work. High marks across the board for this company, the quality and skill of the contractors, and the experience as a client.

there was something different about this company from the first conversation, we have used alot of the contractors here in S.E. Iowa in the past 30 + years, but we have never seen the degree of professional handling of our projects from the start ,down to the final day and the way they clean up after. we stood in awe at the job they did and the respect they gave our home.weve had other companies that at the end of the work day would basically drop tool belts and leave..this crew spent the time To go above and beyond just sweeping sawdust into a corner. you almost couldn't tell there was remodeling being done no tools left laying around. the top shelf quality... read full review
