So last night my son fell asleep in the recliner with his 4 foot long pet snake, and when I realized he fell asleep and woke him up, we discovered the snake was gone. We looked everywhere with no luck. Today I called service master and, at the risk of sounding like a crazy person, I asked Christy if they had anything with a camera they could look down my vents with… for a snake. We had to laugh when she told me I’m not the first one to make this request. Within a few hours, Austin showed up at my door ready to hunt down a snake. He looked down all of my vents downstairs and even went into my basement and looked inside of my furnace. Cali (the snake) must’ve been curious about all of the commotion in the basement because she ended up showing her face 😂. Christy and Austin were both super polite and very quick to respond. My son and I (and future house guests) appreciate this so much.

I have worked with Service Master Cleaning & Restoration twice and have nothing but appreciation and praise for Austin and his team. Everyone has been very knowledgeable and hardworking to get the jobs completed ahead of estimated schedule. It is nice to find a company who truly understands and provides the best customer service I have seen. Thank you so much for your assistance in resolving these issues professionally and efficiently!!!
