“So last night my son fell asleep in the recliner with his 4 foot long pet snake, and when I realized he fell asleep and woke him up, we discovered the snake was gone. We looked everywhere with no luck. Today I called service master and, at the risk of sounding like a crazy person, I asked Christy if they had anything with a camera they could look down my vents with… for a snake. We had to laugh when she told me I’m not the first one to make this request. Within a few hours, Austin showed up at my door ready to hunt down a snake. He looked down all of my vents downstairs and even went into my basement and looked inside of my furnace. Cali (the snake) must’ve been curious about all of the commotion in the basement because she ended up showing her face ?. Christy and Austin were both super polite and very quick to respond. My son and I (and future house guests) appreciate this so much.“
