Jackie and her staff are very knowledgeable and have been wonderful in helping train our daughter’s service dog. She has helped answer questions numerous times outside of training sessions and offered extra help when needed. She was quickly able to figure out why Archer was reactive during a Puppy Club session, take him aside, work with him and determined he was incredibly uncomfortable in his gentle lead, couldn’t relax, was becoming anxious and fearful because of it. She immediately removed it and he was able to settle and his demeanor changed and improved immediately. He no longer reacted to or barked at other dogs in session. We are truly grateful for Jackie and her staff!
The entire staff is amazing. They are more than willing to answer questions even outside of sessions and make sure you know and understand each thing before moving on to the next. They go the extra mile because they truly care about the dogs and the handlers not just dollar signs!
Jackie and everyone at Superstar Service Dogs have been amazing with helping us on the journey of training a service dog! They care about you personally and want to do everything to help you succeed as a team. Training with them is the best! We drove every 2 weeks 4 hours one way to learn from them, and for anyone out there researching companies, the drive was totally worth it every time! They also offer board and train if the drive isnt possible for some. I will recommend them to everyone looking for service dogs in my area! Thank you all so much for helping me get my life back and my independence and helping Raven learn so much!
