“I haven't actually been here, but my husband gifted me a gift certificate from them. I decided I wanted to use it for a facial, so I texted the owner (per the instructions on the gift certificate) to make arrangements for said facial. She responded pretty quickly (this wasn't even business hours, so I didn't even expect a reply until the following day), but she gave me the information I needed in such a friendly and timely manner that it made me think that this is truly a great business in our community. “Deanna, the first time I rescheduled you, was because I had a health emergency with my heart, and was scheduled to see a cardiologist the day of your appointment, which I explained to you. You were very rude about that, and considering your in healthcare, I would think you would have understood. Secondly, as I stated in a message to you, I wanted to let you know about your appointment before the morning of! I didn't want to be rude and message you an hour before you're appointment. I explained to you, that my home was flooding, and I needed to be home to deal with Restoration services, Insurance, and moving my children's things out, and find suitable housing while my home is repaired. Again, you were very rude, and could care less. I texted you instead of calling, because it was 9pm at night, I was pumping water out of my home and did not have time to run up to my salon, and look at my salon schedule. The customer is NOT always right. I apologized for the inconvenience for both emergencies, and offered my co-worker to help you. I have a very good repour with my clients, and take pride in my work. Again, I apologize for being unable to accommodate during this time of chaos and distaster. Best of Luck with your extensions!“

“this place hands down is awesome no idy I mean nobody can touch her fdes yes I've been to most shops it town without calling anyone out but she is definitely better than anyone on the square ore anywhere doesn't rush no lines left perfect blend perfect but I use to go to a certain business on the square until it became impossible to get into and was disappointed most of the time to the point I just grew my hair till I tried her. she is a whole leave above with nobody that can touch her. do yourself a favor and go once and you'll be back weekly. she is also working on getting it going for hot straight shaves in the future and that will be off the chain she has a better personality and actually has passion for her work do yourself a favor and go take that chance to be looking better than you can imagine and feel like a top dog with a cut that's not getting beat in this town all I gotta say and I was a weekly/ byweekly customer to one of (best places in town ) she makes them look like Walmart cost cutters no strays no signs I. the fade and it's hard to fade my hair because the color shows the lines and it looks smooth as a whistle only place I'm spending my money espesully for the attitude conversation and lake of snobbiness all I gotta say do a favor and make the move you won't regret it!!! ?????????????“
