We travel from Omaha to Missouri, Valley for the outstanding care that Dr. Gochenaur provides for our pets. We have used veterinary care for over 40 years for our pets in Illinois and Nebraska. Upon referral to Dr. Gochenaur, we immediately recognized the superior care that he and his clinic provides. He is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, weighs options for treatment, and explains very thoroughly. His staff are attentive, pleasant to work with, and very accommodating. We are extremely fortunate to have our four dogs and cat under Dr. Gochenaur’s excellent care.

Very nice on the phone and in person. They provided me with the vaccine and wormer to get my puppy on a healthy start to her life. This was after several other clinics had refused to dispense these items to me without seeing the puppy first. I was travelling past Missouri Valley after just picking the puppy up from the breeder in South Dakota and did not have an appointment with my regular vet yet. This saved me money and I was able to get the distemper/parvo shot into the puppy immediately rather than having to wait while I made an appointment with my regular vet. Dr. Jack is a very caring and thorough vet. His front desk ladies are always very pleasant. I adore everyone there. And my Prince Oliver Wendal Douglas behaves for him. That says a lot :)
