Not only was the lady who answered the phone extremely nice! We can't say enough about our Technician Nick. Not only was he fast precise he was very informative. I learned more about our system in a half hour than I ever have on Google. The guy had patience of a Saint all the questions I lofted his way! Thanks Loftus we are now sitting here cooling off. Lastly the repair cost less than expected.
