Alicia who answers the phone is awesome at customer service!!! So professional and helpful. I called for my sister who was working and had to have the gas company shut off her gas last night because of a leak. I could tell they were swamped but she said she would call me right back after talking to her boss. Alicia did that and they are squeezing my sister in this morning!! I love small town living! We just moved back to Anita after retirement and I love how caring small towns are. I highly recommend Miller Plumbing Heating Electric and Cooling!
Very professional and responsive. I called yesterday and was able to get an appointment for the next day in guthrie center (no easy task). I was fold they would be here in the morning before 12pm. They showed up early. They were very professional technicians and friendly. They were able to solve one problem immediately. They were also very courteous and removed their boots prior to going on our new carpet (without being asked). I would give them a higher rating if there was one.
When it was freezing outside and our heat went out, Miller Plumbing and Heating made sure we were left in the cold... We called Miller a week ago when our fan was acting up on an old furnace, and we agreed not to put any more money into the old one but to get a new furnace installed. The install was about a couple weeks out. A few days later, the fan went completely out. We called again to check in on the install time frame and they immediately sent out a technician who replaced our fan for free, so we could have heat until the new furnace was able to be installed.
