It did take them some time to get to us. They probably had many other jobs. That's just a give in. The most popular businesses have the longest wait time. But once they got to us the work went quick and efficient. The workers knew their jobs and they did them. In the past we talked to Dan Young directly. But he probably has reasons why he can't anymore. Our main contact on the last roofing project was Jamie Hamilton-Howell. She was knowledgeable and worked with us well. Gave us a good idea of the pricing and other details and listened to feedback from us.

Young did an awesome job on our roof to repair it from hail damage. I was so impressed they finished the project in a day. They cleaned so thoroughly, it looked perfect when they were done. Jamie was very professional and helpful to work with! Highly recommend this company! Thanks for all your hard work.

My roof was damaged by a falling tree. The construction manager detailed the damage with photographs and drone video all forwarded to my insurance company and a reasonable estimate was provided and accepted. Upon arrival the crew was efficient and orderly. Unforseen problems with an older residence called for additional labor and material but the contractor stated they would work with my insurance for an equitable payment. Having roofed this house myself twice I knew how the job needed to be done, the crew obviously knew what to do, too. Their work and finished product was amazing and took just the one day to complete.
