Our vet had a family emergency over the weekend, so we contacted MCPC. Despite us never having been there before, Dr. Spiess expressed genuine concern and allowed us to bring our cat in. Both Dr. Spiess and his wife were incredibly friendly, compassionate, and delicate in handling the situation. My wife and I are deeply thankful to them for taking the time out of their evening to care for our cat. While traveling I needed a last minute shot for my pups and my dogs had gotten into Ticks they had a great solution! We were very well taken care of. I was so grateful they fit us in . Now two months later Traveling back through same area my Greyhound hurt his foot. Again they fit is in for an emergency visit. They remembered both my dogs, took great care of the foot injury! Respectful of how I handled this old greyhound ( harness only due to neck injuries). And on top of the great care very fair with the price. I would like to take them with me to all my destinations! You guys are very lucky to have such a great Practice in the Mason City .
