Unprofessional, Argumentative, and disrespectful if you are not with a parent. Used excessive language and attitude, could have been a bad day but it’s still his practice and not my problem if he doesn’t have a good day. I was trying to understand details of my situation when he started talking loudly about my dental records and making a scene for no reason. I will remove this when he takes responsibility for his actions if he does.

They go out of their way to make sure the kids are happy and have a positive experience so no one dreads going to the dentist. Enthusiastic and genuine care. Highly recommend!!!
