Dr. Todd is great with the kiddos. Having a special needs child, I never worry about how tough the appointment will be, because he is patient and listens. He makes experience for the child as enjoyable as possible so they look forward to having great dental health and not dreading it. I would recommend Dr. Todd to any parent, especially any parent with a child that has special needs.
I have an adult daughter who has Down syndrome and she has been seeing Dr. Todd every six months for the last 15 years - and she continues to look forward to her dental appointments because she gets so much positive attention from everyone! Dr. Todd is playful and disarming when talking to children and he is candid and reassuring when speaking to parents.
The fact that Dr. Todd accepts Medicaid/state insurance speaks volumes about his integrity, work ethic and professional motivation. Iowa Medicaid reimburses dentists at a pathetically low rate that likely does not even cover the cost of the treatment/procedure. That tells me that Dr. Todd cares about ALL of... read full review
I highly recommend Children’s Dental Center! The staff is welcoming and kind. Dr. Todd was wonderful with my toddler and helped him feel comfortable and calm. I could not have expected a better experience!
