“When I first moved to Iowa, I was very hesitant to go into a Great Clips. The Great Clips in the past that I have been to were horrible, they got to scissor happy and rushed through cutting my hair. Mind you, I have fragile, fine like hair that breaks easily. I found Great Clips here in Marshalltown, and met an AMAZING woman who took care of my needs, and took her time delicately trimming and fixing my hair that the past 'hair people' messed up on. She gave me back my layers, shaped my hair to fit my face figure, and even knew American Sign Language!! We connected through Signing together, even though mine is a little rough but she helped me remember the signs and motions. She is an absolute doll!! She made me feel welcomed, I trust her with cutting my hair, and giving me tips and advice on how to keep it looking healthy! I told her the stories about cutting my hair and donating it to kids with cancer, and she said that Great Clips where she works does that too!! We have planned to cut my hair off at the correct length when it is time and donate it just in time for Christmas!! That way children have something to look forward to, and enjoy! Charlotte is absolutely the sweetest, most kindest soul. She cares about others' well-being, and always is polite! She has the brightest smile, and always makes sure her clients are taken care of.
