“Sayde has helped me tremendously with sciatica. I was taken by ambulance to the emergency room unable to walk. They wanted to put me in a care facility. Morphine did not help! I made it home with other medication and was afraid to go back to yoga. I had a private class with her and she showed me how important form was to control my pain. She is very knowledgeable about how the body works and can pinpoint problems by just watching you sit or move. I am now back to my regular yoga classes and I cannot explain how grateful I am for her care and knowledge.“

“I absolutely love Hotworx! The workouts are intense, not intimidating, and not unbearable. Suitable for both beginners and advanced workout persons. The monthly fee is very reasonable especially because you can earn rewards for working out that you can use to discount your monthly fee or you can purchase shop items--- whatever you want.The staff and other gym goers in the Cedar Rapids location are very friendly and willing to help with anything you need.The sauna workouts are varied and fun; AND the infrared makes you burn more calories but you aren't in an "oppressive" heat like Iowa summers. Plus they do have a gym area with weights, a TRX, kettle bells, med balls, a rope, etc. if you just want to do your own thing.Highly recommend and very much enjoy!!!“
