Amber "Nicky" Greene is simply the best. After my PCP left the clinic, I transferred to Nicky. I've never felt rushed during any appointment and always feel like she has my best interest at heart. She takes the time to listen and understand what the issue truly is. She is willing to be more progressive versus the traditional medical "standards" we are normally accustomed to. The staff that works alongside Nicky are some of the most friendly and caring nurses and employees I have met at the clinic.

I don't mind my doctor now but I miss my old doctor. Seems like every time I call and need an appointment it's always weeks out. This time when I got it scheduled I told the lady I needed it for Friday since I live 45 mins away and will be in town that day. Not sure if she doesn't know her days or what but now I'm at urgent care because she scheduled it for Thursday instead of Friday. I'll be looking for a different doctor closer to home since it's just really inconvenient to try scheduling an appointment as is and then they don't listen and get the wrong day on the phone. Only two stars because I like my doctor

Visiting a doctor's office is awful. Patients are feeling miserable. Doctors and nurses can be short and irritable and if u catch a receptionist who likes a power trip it's tough to deal with. I've been to unity bout 4 times since November and they have been beyond helpful, accommodating, and just all around awesome each and every time!! Truly appreciate there kindness and compassion!!!!!
