The overall ambiance was delightful, with everyone being exceptionally friendly. Carrie’s work was truly exceptional. I am particularly fond of my hair, which Nita expertly threaded my eyebrows, giving them a remarkable appearance. I express my gratitude for creating a positive and uplifting experience for me.

I haven't had my hair colored in probably ten years. Amy was patient, kind and knowledgeable about what would look best. I love my cut and color and was pleasantly shocked at the price. I expected to spend way more with the hours it took her to do everything. I would highly recommend Amy and all the staff at Serendipity! She's gained a customer for life!Services: Haircut

I've been going to Serendipity's Salon for gosh, 15 years? I'm from Marion, but lived in New York, Chicago and now Des Moines. I still go to Serendipitys because, well, I couldn't afford to get my hair done in New York or Chicago ... from ANYONE, let alone someone as experienced and talented as Carrie. And here in Des Moines, if I were to find a stylist as experienced as Carrie, I'd still be paying more than what she charges! I have been getting extensions for years now. I've had the flat tips, the tape-ins and most recently, the hand tied extensions. Because I'm not local, I let the extensions grow out significantly before I get them redone (much to Carrie's chagrin!).My...read full review
