“Because we had an outstanding experience with Derrick Ogert previously (he was asked by us to act as a consultant regarding the findings of a home inspection that found missing flashing between a deck and exterior wall when we were house hunting), we asked him for an estimate to clean the deck of our new home. He assessed the condition, let us know he would also clean the 2 outside walls attached to the deck. He let us know too there is no guarantee that it would be restored to as new condition regarding my request, but it would look better. Not only did he clean the deck and walls, he cleaned the railings and ceiling over the enclosed deck, the front of the deck and stairs; totally unexpected. It was not until the next day that we set eyes on the front of the deck. OMG what a difference! The entire deck does indeed look brand new. Attached are pictures. The results speak for themselves; the deck is 10 years old because the house was built in 2014. Thank you Derrick! PS His report regarding the house with the dangerous deck was so detailed it helped establish our case to back out of the contract on the grounds of structural and safety issues.“
