The staff was beyond wonderful! I brought in 8 dogs and they took care of all of them AND ME. I started to get light headed and dizzy and they got me a chair, a Gatorade, and even something to eat.
The tropical fish department here really should be recognized for their outstanding job. They actually mark the tanks to show customers how big the fish will be. I wish this was nationwide. Shows care for not only the fish in their care but for the long term satisfaction of their customers.
I am SO HAPPY with this Petco location. I go to this store often to get food, treats, etc. and always have the nicest people at the register. They always give my dog plenty of pets and treats whenever we go there! I decided to try out the grooming and I couldn't be happier. I got my dog from a shelter and he's a Blue Heeler mix so he can be difficult in strange situations, and rightfully so! However, I explained why I was a little nervous for him and after talking to the groomers and seeing how they talked to him and how patient they were I will forever be returning to this Petco to get my dog groomed. They were so good to him and when I picked him up they were all playing with him while waiting for me. Sending out a huge THANK YOU to everyone that works at this Petco!!
